Industries we serve

Data and AI consulting, from strategy to production, across industries. The same governance-first method applies whether your sector is heavily regulated or not.

Where we can help

Organizations with large data estates and clear operational questions face similar problems, whatever their sector. Each page describes typical use cases, the data foundations we usually build and the governance context.

One foundation, shaped for each industry

Across industries, the foundation looks similar. Source systems, sensors, documents and event streams feed a data warehouse, data lake or lakehouse on AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, with master data, a metadata catalog and lineage. A semantic layer serves dashboards, forecasting and regulatory reporting, and the same governed data supports machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation and AI agents, with evaluation and human review. What differs is the source data, the rules that apply and the questions that matter.

Privacy and sector rules vary by country and by province or state, from privacy law such as Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to health, financial, insurance and public sector regimes. We treat them as design context, confirm residency needs early and leave the final determination to your compliance and legal advisers.

Typical starting points by industry

Every organization starts from a different question. These are common first use cases that we would explore in discovery. They are examples, not a promise of what is right for you.

Financial servicesAdvisor call review, portfolio monitoring, trade analytics or KYC onboarding.
InsuranceClaims intake and triage, or a single view of the policyholder.
Healthcare and life sciencesCapacity and scheduling analytics, or administrative summarization.
Retail and consumerUnified customer data, demand forecasting or a service assistant.
Manufacturing and industrialQuality analytics, maintenance signals or supply chain visibility.
Energy, mining and resourcesAsset health, site reporting or technical archive search.
Public sector and not-for-profitService demand analytics, program reporting or donor analytics.

Same method

Same method, every industry

Governance, security and human oversight are designed in from the start, not added at the end.

01

Discovery & Strategy

Understand the workflow, data and constraints, and agree measures of success.

02

Pilot & Validation

Test one focused use case against current practice before committing further.

03

Build & Scale

Extend in stages with monitoring, access controls and documented oversight.

04

Optimize & Evolve

Review results, tune what works and choose the next step together.

We describe typical challenges and how an engagement could be designed. We do not claim past results in any industry. Regulators and laws are named as context only. Nothing here is legal, financial or medical advice, or an assurance of compliance.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you only work in financial services?

No. We work with financial services as well as insurance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, resources, public sector and professional services organizations. The same method and the same six services apply.

How does experience in regulated industries help other sectors?

Regulated finance sets a high bar for traceability, access control and human oversight. We bring that discipline to every engagement, whether or not your sector is heavily regulated.

Can you work in an industry not listed here?

Often, yes. If you have a large data estate and a clear operational question, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.

Which clouds do you work on in each industry?

We deliver on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud in every sector and design around your existing stack and data residency needs.
