Privacy Policy

ARCHR is a Canadian company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through archrco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email contact@archrco.com.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional), topic (optional) and message you enter. We also record where your visit came from: the campaign details in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters), the website that referred you, and the first page you landed on. We store this information and send it to ARCHR by email so we can respond to you and understand how people find us.

AI assistant chat. The site offers an AI assistant chat widget that is provided by a third party. If you use it, your messages and the assistant's replies are processed by that provider. Please do not enter confidential, sensitive or client information into the chat, and remember that AI-generated answers can be wrong.

Technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits and performance without cookies and without profiling individuals.

How we use personal information

• To reply to your enquiry and follow up on it.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To understand, at a general level, how visitors find the site.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or share your details with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as Cloudflare (hosting and security), our email provider and the chat widget provider, and where the law requires it. These providers may process information outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete or anonymize them. Chat conversations are kept according to the chat provider's own practices.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, you may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. Email contact@archrco.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
